This  is a power-saving pulse-width modulator (PWM) controller for solenoids with an internal supply regulator. The board is based on the DRV110 IC which is a PWM current controller which is specifically designed for solenoid and relay applications. The project regulates the current with a well-controlled waveform to reduce power dissipation on the load. The solenoid current is ramped up fast to ensure the opening of the valve or relay. After initial ramping, the solenoid current is kept at a peak value to ensure correct operation, after which the current is reduced to a lower hold level to avoid thermal problems and reduce power dissipation.

This is an SPI Interface multichannel relay board for high voltage AC or low voltage DC loads. It is ideal for controlling LEDs lights, coffee machines, fans, pumps, or other high-voltage electrical appliances. The board also breaks out the SPI header, so controlling other boards is still possible. Each relay can handle current up to 7A @ 250V AC/30V DC. This 8 x channel board is mainly designed for AC loads, but it can also drive DC loads, screw terminals on each channel enable the easy interface of the AC load, and each point is marked as AC-Live and AC Neutral. Refer to the connection diagram for the interface. The project consists of 8 x 12V relays with load capacity 7A @ 250V AC, ULN2803 8 channel relay driver, 74HC595 SPI to 8 output, 5V regulator 7805, power LED, screw terminals for loads and AC input, header connector for SPI input and output.

Product presented here enables users to switch all kinds of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, limited by clamping energy (EAS) and maximum current requirement. The user may interface 2 x inductive, resistive, and capacitive loads such as solenoid, dc motor, high current contact switch, high current relay, LEDs, lamps, and piezo etc. The project is most suitable for inductive loads as well as loads with inrush current. The project has been designed using  BTF3050TE IC which is a  50 mΩ single-channel Smart Low-Side Power Switch in a  PG-TO252-5 package providing embedded protective functions. The power transistor is built by a N-channel vertical power  MOSFET. The device is monolithically integrated. The BTF3050TE is automotive qualified and is optimized for 12V automotive and industrial applications. Two loads can be controlled using  Arduino UNO. IC has a thermal-restart function. The device will turn on again, if input is still high, after the measured temperature has dropped below the thermal hysteresis.

The project presented here is a high-side switch (8 channels) with MOSFET output. The Arduino board consists of an Arduino-compatible microcontroller ATMEGA328 and TPD2015FN – 8 Channels MOSFET switch. All 8 inputs of TPD2015FN are TTL compatible.
